Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original condition with all packaging intact
- Unused, unread, and free of any damage
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please Note: Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Collectibles marked as “final sale” or “as-is”
- Opened board games and puzzles (for hygiene reasons)
- Digital content or downloadable materials

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds: Will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Exchanges: We will ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after processing your return, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.
