Should an item not meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process is designed with your convenience in mind.

We are delighted to ship our products worldwide (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). Please review our shipping options below:

Order Processing

All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over A$50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated transit times and may be subject to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original, unused, and unread condition.
• In the original packaging with all tags, inserts, and documentation intact.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the integrity and value of certain products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Any Collectible item marked as “final sale” or “as-is”.
• Any Board Game or Puzzle that has been opened (due to hygiene reasons).
• Any digital content or downloadable material.
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

We carefully inspect all returns. Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet our return eligibility criteria or are listed as non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start your return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our dedicated customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed shipping instructions for your specific item.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item with all original materials and ship it to our returns centre at:

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item or a defective product). For your protection, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
• Exchanges: For approved exchanges, we will ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days of processing your return, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologise for the error and arrange for a prepaid return label to be sent to you, and we will expedite your replacement or refund.
